| Care is taken to provide an accurate description of the goods offered for sale on our website. However, colour variation may occur due to
photographic reproduction and colour settings on computer monitors. |
| Goods out of Stock |
| The website is updated regularly. However, should you order an item which runs out of stock prior to despatch, we will contact you. An
alternative item may be sent; the item will be placed on back order, pending re-stocking; or the item will be refunded. |
| Returns Policy |
| If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, please inform us immediately. We will credit items, excluding the shipping charge,
if returned to us within 7 days. Returned goods must be in their original packaging, unused and have proof of purchase enclosed. We reserve the right to
deduct a restocking charge of 10% on goods which are returned and are not faulty. |
For health and safety reasons pierced earrings cannot be returned
We will not accept returns after 30 days. |
